Sirloin beef steak 300 g [10 oz], Red chili 1 [shredded], Onion 1 [shredded]
Lee Kum Kee Black Pepper Sauce 1 1/2 tbsp, Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce 1 1/2 tbsp, Water 1/3 cup
1. Pan-fry beef steak in 2 tbsp oil until desired doneness. Put on a serving plate.
2. Saute red chili and onion in remaining oil. Stir in sauce mix and cook for about 2 minutes until sauce thickens. Pour on beef steak.
