黑椒牛扒

煮法:
材料: 西冷牛扒 300 克 [10 安士/8 兩],紅辣椒 1 隻 [切絲],洋蔥 1 個 [切絲]
芡汁: 李錦記黑椒汁 1 1/2 湯匙,李錦記舊庄特級蠔油 1 1/2 湯匙,水 1/3 杯
做法: 1. 用2湯匙油煎香牛扒至個人喜歡的熟透,將牛扒放在碟上。
2. 用剩下的油爆香紅辣椒及洋蔥,拌入芡汁,煮約2分鐘至汁濃後淋在牛扒上。

Ingredients: Sirloin beef steak 300 g [10 oz], Red chili 1 [shredded], Onion 1 [shredded]
Sauce Mix: Lee Kum Kee Black Pepper Sauce 1 1/2 tbsp, Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce 1 1/2 tbsp, Water 1/3 cup
Method: 1. Pan-fry beef steak in 2 tbsp oil until desired doneness. Put on a serving plate.
2. Saute red chili and onion in remaining oil. Stir in sauce mix and cook for about 2 minutes until sauce thickens. Pour on beef steak.
