冬林上素 STEWED MUSHROOM ON ASPARAGUS WITH VEGETARIAN OYSTER FLAVOURED SAUCE

蘆筍 200 克 [7 安士/5.5 兩],新鮮冬菇 90 克 [3 安士/2.5 兩],珍珠筍 90 克 [3 安士/2.5 兩],甘筍 5 片, 薑 2 片


1. 露筍切去頭尾,放入沸水中,加入少許油鹽煮3分鐘,瀝乾後排放碟上,保暖備用。

2. 燒熱2湯匙油,爆香薑片,加入鮮冬菇、露筍及甘筍,炒香1分鐘。

3. 下芡汁煮至熱透,淋在露筍上。



Asparagus 200 g [7 oz], Fresh black mushrooms 90 g [3 oz], Baby corn 90 g [3 oz], Carrot 5 slices, Ginger 2 slices
1. Cut ends of asparagus. Cook in boiling water with a little of salt and oil for 3 minutes. Drain and arrange on a serving plate. Keep warm.

2. Heat 2 tbsp oil. Saute ginger until fragrant. Add black mushrooms, baby corn, carrot and stir-fry for 1 minute.

3. Stir in sauce mix and cook until sauce thickens. Pour over asparagus.
