蓮藕-------------600克  

白蘿蔔-----------300克

燒肉-------------300克

燒鴨-------------1/4隻

白切雞-----------1/4隻

冬菇-------------10個

炸豆腐-----------5塊

枝竹-------------300克

上湯-------------5碗


1. 蓮藕、白蘿蔔刨皮,切片﹔雞、燒鴨及燒肉分別切件。



2. 炸豆腐及冬菇沖淨。枝竹洗淨,浸軟。

3. 煮滾半鍋水,下上湯及調味料,先放蓮藕、白蘿蔔及冬菇滾至稔。

4. 再下其他材料,煮約 30 分鐘即可。



lotus root 600g

turnip 300g

roast pork 300g

roast duck 1/4

steamed chicken 1/4

dried black mushrooms 10

deep fried beancurd 5 cubes

fried beancurd sticks 300g

stock 5 bowls
1. Peel and slice lotus root and turnip. Chop up chicken, roast duck and roast pork separately.

2. Rinse deep fried beancurd and dried black mushrooms. Wash fried beancurd sticks and soak until soft.

3. Bring half pot of water to boil. Add stock and seasoning. Add lotus root, turnip and black mushrooms, cook until soft.

4. Put in all the ingredients. Cook for 30 mins. Serve.
