芫荽魚片皮蛋湯 Fish Soup with Coriander & Thousand Year Egg

芫荽 10條

草魚(切雙飛) 4両

皮蛋(切大粒) 2個

麻油 1茶匙

紹興酒 2茶匙

水 3湯碗

鹽、胡椒粉 適量
1. 用紹興酒和胡椒粉醃泡魚片約10分鐘。

2. 把芫荽、皮蛋放進水裏煮約10分鐘。

3. 把做法1加進做法2裏煮約5分鐘即可。

4. 吃的時候用鹽和麻油調味。

coriander 10pcs

white meat fish(sliced) 150g

thousand year egg(coarsely chopped) 2pcs

sesame oil 1tsp

Shaoxing wine 2tsp

water 3,000ml

salt & pepper little
1.Marinate the fish slices wth Shaoxing wine and pepper for about 10 minutes.

2.Boil the coriander and thousand year egg for about 10 minutes.

3.Put method 1 into method 2 and boil for 5 minutes.

4.Season the soup with salt and sesame oil.
