健康蛋糕 Healthy Sponge Cake

自發粉60克

雞蛋1隻

脫脂奶1/2杯

牛油1茶匙


1. 先用熱水隔熱溶化牛油。

2. 將自發粉、雞蛋及脫脂奶置於大碗中,以電動打蛋器打勻。

3. 將溶牛油加入步驟(2)。

4. 然後隔熱水蒸約20分鐘或以焗爐焗約15分鐘即可。(隨個人喜好,可加入1/2至1茶匙的不同味道香料。)



self-raising flour 60 g

skimmed milk 1/2 cup

butter 1 tsp


1.Melt the butter over simmered water.

2.Beat flour, egg and skimmed milk in a large bowl using an electric mixer.

3.Beat in melted butter in step(2).

4.Steam the batter over boiling water for 20 minutes or bake it for 15 minutes.(Can add 1/2 to 1 tsp of any artificial favours to enhance the taste.)
