鵪鶉蛋(煲熟) 12隻

圓肉 1/3杯

蓮子 1/3杯

百合 1/3杯

黑豆 1/3杯

雲耳(浸泡) 3/4杯

雪耳(浸泡) 3/4杯

紅棗(去核) 16粒

冰糖 1/2杯

水 12杯


1. 將所有材料沖洗乾淨。

2. 水煮滾,放下所有材料(除鵪鶉蛋及冰糖),用中慢火熬40分鐘。

3. 拌入適量冰糖調味。

4. 鵪鶉蛋煲熟後去殼,放入八寶茶內翻滾,便成滋潤甜品。

snow fungus(soaked) 3/4cup

red date(stoned) 16

rock sugar 1/2cup

water 12cups


1. Rinse and drain all ingredients.

2. Bring water to the boil, add all ingredients(except quail eggs and rock sugar), cook for 40 minutes over medium heat.

3. Stir in enough rock sugar to taste.

4. Shell hard-boiled quail eggs, add to the sweet tea and bring back to the boil. Serve.
